reply. As an individual seller you may use only text message, email, and social
media to advertise. Those method is quite effective actually, if you know how

sending or upload any advertisement, you’ve got to know one thing. This thing
is called timing. If you send or upload an advertisement in a wrong timing,
people will only read for brief and don’t give a damn at all. Those
inappropriate timing are at busy morning, office hour, and sleeping hour. It
will be best if you send and upload it at coffee break time, lunch hour, before

try to use communicative and entertaining words in advertising. Highlight the

perfect shape. If you need a good place to rest after the busy day, this house
will come in handy.” While at it, if it may, add picture of your house from

is about the price. Determine the price for your house. Before, you’ve got to
collect data about house pricing in your location and avoid making it too high.
However, don’t make it too low either. The price you include on the
advertisement will be negotiable again.
Advertising
an individual house for sell is not a difficult job, if you know how to
advertising it. Advertisement needs media, so you’ve got to choose one or more
media to advertise. Media only is not enough. You’ve got to know how to make the
advertising good enough to read. You can try to use communicative and
entertaining words with adding some enticing pictures of your house on sell.
Then pricing your house right, don’t make it too low or high. However, as
individual seller, the most important thing to remember before sending or
upload an advertisement is timing. If you do it in a bad timing good house,
good advertisement, and friendly price will come for nothing.
